But yea, I'm at a loss of one digital camera. sucks, a lot. But I do still have a canon SLR 35mm, which made me think. Now that I don't have a digital camera I feel it might make me a better photographer. Here's why...
1. Unless you're willing to pay out the ass for a digital camera, film is still better quality. All you need is a negative scanner, which my school provides as of now.
and
2. When I had my digital camera, yes I was able to take a massive amount of pictures without having to spend tons of bread on film and processing, BUT because of that fact I didn't spend as much time thinking about each picture I was taking. Not a lot of thought and consideration went into each picture which, as a result, the composition of the pictures suffered.
so althought digital is way more convenient and economically practical, it does somewhat cheapen the quality of my pictures. So until I am not broke and can afford a new one, in order to keep my peace of mind I must continue believing what i just typed above. Your support is appreciated.
